Nathan Bechtold is a writer, teacher, aspiring gardener and avid conversationalist. He has a B.A. in Philosophy from Dallas Baptist University and a M.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College. He is married to Kate, they have three children, and they live in Miller County where his family has lived for three generations. His ministry experience includes two years full-time with Life Action Ministries before college; planting a house-church at a low-income apartment complex in Arlington, Texas; and a one-year, three-month stint as an associate youth minister at First Baptist Church in New Braunfels, Texas, after college.
He loves playing with his family, reading, teaching, mushroom foraging, and wandering around on his wooded acreage.
